When programming a part in Catia V5 you may end up with Tool Changes and Tool Motions that are out of sequence.
The first Tool Change may be .1 but the second one could be .5 and so on.
You may end up with a Facing.6 followed by a Facing.3.
While all of this is still functional it adds more difficulty when trying to track down problems.
